After I came off the shot it took me a 1 year to get pregnant!!! The doctor told me it would and she was right I was just about to give up about a week later my boobs was hurting me so bad and my back I took a test and it was positive:) good luck girl !!! i had the nexplenon and the dr explained to me that after getting off any bc you can get pregnant even without having a period. just track your ovulation. digital ovulation test are the best so you dont have to guess if its positive its worth the money. i had the nexplenon removed jan 29 and found out i was pregnant april 22
