My left breast hurts SO BAD.😭 I tried to massage it but it's so so sore and just feels like a giant tense ball.😭 is there something I can do to help ease the pain? Mind you it's ONLY my left breast.😞

If you have your man , have him massage them . Or try a warm towel on them .

@maribelle, I actually haven't taken any kind of medications (except my prenatals) this pregnancy so I'm trying to keep it that way.😁 @elenaj I'll have him do that and I'll try the warm towel! Thank you!

My breasts were sore but I had my man just massage them and shake them , it actually felt good . My nipples are always sore too , but when he puts his mouth on them , they feel better . 😁😁😁

If you have a pump try pumping. My left gets really painful throughout the day and pumping is the only way that helps or nursing my son.

careful pumping, it can cause contractions.
