I did it with my daughter. In my opinion it didn't do anything for me. Tasted horrible and was a waste. Lots of sex and walking is what worked!

It won't work unless you're dilated I tried it twice nothing happened not even poop

I'm not wanting explosive diarrhea during labor so I'm not chancing it, lol..

let the baby come when the baby is ready to come.
