The first time I saw him up on the projector screen I was immediately in love and reduced to tears. It was scary. Both my mom and dad were there with me, they've been an incredible support system for me ever since I found out I was pregnant and they continue to amaze me with their mercy, compassion, and love for both me and my son. As the ultrasound technician was showing me baby he wiggled a bit. When I laughed, he did it again. I called him my little gummy bear back then. It wasn't until I'd left the doctors office and held those pictures in my hands while sitting in the car that I realized how REAL it felt. I was a mama, the one thing I wasn't 100% sure I wanted to be, but God knew what he was doing I'm sure of it. 😍
