When did you ladies decide to return to work? And what's considered to early? My daughter is a month old and I plan to return July 1st (I'm a hair stylist) but then ii feel like I'm leaving her wayyyy to early😬

You should stay a little longer... Babies grow so quick you wouldn't want to miss it :-(

With my daughter she was around a year and I'll be waiting at least 6 months with my son, but this time around I have a job that I can bring my kids with me.

I had 12 weeks but there were problems with paperwork so I got an extra month. but I say whenever you feel comfortable

Exactly @redd and that's thee only reason I'm even considering leaving in the first place smh it makes me sad that ii can't stay longer but ii have a responsibility to provide before anything. My leave is 6 weeks but ii also had paper work problems @blessedmommy but ii think its time financially 😔

I don't blame you just give the baby extra kisses & call so they can hear your voice & go straight home after work. And if your boss is cool have someone bring baby by sometimes....

yeah I ran out of my saved money but my fiance helped with my bills. if it wasn't for him I would have had to go back too. it is hard going back to work and leaving your baby but it'll be okay(: I cried the first day lol

oh ii know FOR SURE I'm going to cry lol @blessedmommy and yeah my fiancé is doing all he can while I'm out bc ii also am running out of saved money. It's just really time to get back on track. I really appreciate you guys answering me and understanding!! @redd
