Been having contractions two days went to the hospital this morning they sent me home and said to come back tomorrow if nothing changes... omg like I'm overdue and my ass is hurting I want my body back...

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?
