While counting contractions, should I lay down? Or walk? I've been having them every 4 minutes for 40 minutes while laying on my left side.

Am I the only one that has horrible pains in my hips while I sleep it's horrible I can never lay on one side longer than 30 minutes 🤦🏽♀️

When I lay down my contractions are 10 minutes apart but when I'm up and moving they come faster. I'm not understanding.
