When did y'all start decorating baby's room & putting baby's clothes up and everything?

we completed out babys room two months ago...since then iv added clothes and what not to it...after the baby shower we had two weeks ago ic had alot to put in there but i just bought a dresser and i still have to organize his pants and socks and stuff...but everything else is already hung up in the closet we made for the room...its complete now except a few trim pieces to paint....
