your bloody show doesn't grow back. your mucus plug does. your mucus plug is very string and looks like snot and sometimes can be tinged with blood. your bloody show is very mucousy with very noticeable amounts of blood mixed with it.the mucus is kind of like a thick water consistency. if you lost your mucus plug then labor could be 3-5 weeks away. its not a good labor indicator. Your bloody show usually means labor is a couple days away. I lost mucus plug at 35 weeks. and my bloody show came at 39+3. My water broke the next morning at 39.4

Two days before I had my daughter

With my daughter I went into labor right after I lost my mucous plug

when I lost mines with my 3rd kid I went straight to l&d and then the contractions started

I lost mine at 38 or 39 weeks and had her at 41 it kinda makes no difference lol

I usually hear about 2-3 days if its gone for good :)
