Oh no! We'll build up your immune system by drinking that I swear by it! I just wash my hands a lot!

Make sure you keep hand sanitizer around that helps too. I just get sick a lot in general. @tracynangel

Hmmm...well I've been drinking lemon water, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, with honey and I swear I cut the time it takes to feel better in half! I work in a classroom, so imagine all the germs kids give me! I haven't been sick this year!

Yea we do that too lol us Mexicans. But it doesn't help me much.

Mil de abeja! Lemon, salt, honey! My Dominican mother in law gives it to me when I feel sick and my throat and nose stuff goes away!
