Lord I wish people would stop trying to tell me what to get for MY baby... If I've found a crib I want don't down it and say I can find a nicer one cheaper. I'm not worried about cheap! If I can afford a $300 brand new crib for my baby then dammit I'm gonna get it! Our child deserves the world and I'll be damned if I don't try my hardest to give him/her just that! We don't have all the money in the world but we can provide for our child and then some. Not to mention everything else I've bought or my mom bought has been second hand! And I wish someone would say something to me about that! Nothing wrong with second hand. Nothing wrong with brand new. Babies are expensive! My boyfriend and I haven't bought ourselves anything new since I found out I was pregnant. Other than maternity clothes, but I can't walk around naked so I had to buy that. Lol. And even the maternity stuff I got was on sale! I know you have a baby and you think you know everything. You just worry about your baby and we will worry about ours. 😒

@edomke My parents support me buying whatever I can for the baby. They help out as much as they can too. And I'm so thankful for that. I just wish everyone else would be supportive! They should be saying positive things about us being able to support our babies! Not downing us. Every penny I get goes towards my baby and I'm more than okay with that! People just need to keep their mouths shut and let us do what we can do for our babies. If you aren't paying for it than shut up!
Yup I feel the same way. I got the mamaroo and his parents and mine thought I shouldn't have. Same with the majority of the stuff we got. But I'm gonna do whatever the hell I can for my son. Totally understand what you are saying
