Yeah its probably safest to sit down. Because I had a shooting pain go down my leg when I was going down the stairs and I fell all the way down. :(

uuggghh...it hurts so bad..iv tried to walk it out but now iv decided to just lay down for awhile...i need to be cleaning but i just cant 😔....

The baby is more than likely sitting on a nerve. With my daughter I had it all the time. She would move to a certain position and I would get this terrible shooting pain down the back of one of my legs.
