how do I know if I'm having contractions... I have been having menstrual like pains for the last hour and a half. I can't tell if it's getting worse cause it all hurts. I can't lay down I have to sit up in a chair...ugh.. it's only 4:30am

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
