u cant just suddenly stop tho cuz it can get bad theyll be full and big and in pain...n get mastitis . what i did was i would just pump to like empty it out and try to go longer without it...for when they got hard i would massage with a wet towel with hot water took me like 2 weeks for them to dry 3 to completely dry
