I don't know where we stand in this "relationship". He said he needs time away to think about things until our son is born....he says he loves me and still wants to be with me but he isn't happy because we fight all the time...I'm so confused. I don't know what to do. It's so hard to stay strong right now.

I'm sorry you're going through this... I recently went throughout the same and the outcome was total abandonment. I pray for a better outcome for you. no one deserves to be left alone during this vulnerable state.
