Horrible headache, it feels like an elephant is stepping on my head.There is so much pressure. I have been trying really hard to stay away from medicine, a friend of mine recommended putting rice in a sock and heating it up for a little bit. So far NOTHING is helping, someone please I really want to cry. It's been happening ever since Sunday.
