I feel like this is kinda extreme like I'm always hot even when it's cold I'm hot and I feel uncomfortable without makeup on cause I have a lot of scars and dark circles under my eyes when I don't wear makeup people ask if I'm sick all the time @phasion

Ive been hot and sweaty for no reason at all this past week. I've been drinking tons of cold liquids and have two fans on in my room, along with central air. It's so annoying (and my bf thinks I'm crazy) but just part of pregnancy!

yes it's normal we are carrying a human. forget about makeup because for me a little heat makes me sweat its so uncomfortable and it feels so sticky like its not normal sweat lol

when u drink something warm or hot your body tries to lower it's temp so it starts to cool down ;)

drink some warm/hot liquids. it'll help ypur body cool down. When u drink cold stuff ypur body has to warm up a lot more to digest it :)
