I just had my glucose tolerance test last week, but mine was a three hour fasting test. So I didn't eat for 14 hours before my appointment. When I got there, they took my blood to see what my "fasting" sugar level was at. Then I drank that disgusting crap (Lol). So I waited and they drew my blood again after an hour, two hours, and three hours after I drank the stuff. It was long. Just bring a book or your phone or something to keep you busy. My boyfriend came with and it was nice to have company!

Ya my appts at 730 am so at 730 tonight I can't eat or drink anymore until who noes when tomorrow lol how does it all go it's a 2 hour test so I drink the drink an wait 2 hours before getting blood drawn or?

Oh yeah that wasn't fun. I ate some chicken salad before I went. They say that's fine
