It depends on your placenta. Some have it anterior (in the front) and the kicks get muffled. I didn't feel much till way into my 20's . By wk 25 I finally truly felt and saw them. Now at 28 weeks I feel them a lot . Some days not as much as others. But this is because my placenta is in front.
