Braxton Hicks iv had them since 20 weeks they get bad! Chug water it helps!

@kellimp09, This is my first pregnancy, so I'm blindsided by the whole thing. I thought you didn't get Braxton hicks until you're close to labor but after googling it, boy was I wrong.

Dont worry girl its my first as well. My doctor is the one who told me :) just happy to help any way i can :)

@kellimp09 Unfortunately for me, my doctor has been anything but helpful to me and is constantly canceling my appointments so all of my knowledge is coming from Google 😂 Thank you so much though! I know who to ask when I have a question now. 😊
