I was instructed to sit on the side of the tub and open your legs as much as you can and go at it! I'm just terrified I'm gonna cut myself and those kind of cuts never feel well 😔

I'm also working on the theory that if one day I just have to give up that the doctor probably has seen a lot worse than mine! Don't judge...it will help me cope 😂😂
