@84hernandez, I completely understand. I didn't have much actual sickness in the beginning but my fatigue was out of this world. Grapes are also a great source of natural sugar. I eat the oranges for my vitamin C to be kept up with for a stronger immune system! Good luck!

When I was in my first trimester I was exhausted all the time. Didn't even get out of bed some days. Green apples saved me! Everyone is different but the malic acid helps with queasiness and the natural sugar gives you a boost.
