I'm only 5 weeks and 2 days along, any tips on how to deal with all these crazy pregnancy symtpoms?

i started having a bump at about 4 to 5 weeks my obgyn said its common to start showing early if you are small, or this is your second pregnancy. all women are different. yeah it could be bloating but it could be baby
