I'm 16 weeks and 2 days and I feel like I just look fat.... Does it look like pregnant or just fat?

Mine looked exactly like that. didn't actually get a round belly till I hit 29 weeks. then a week later it was taken away from me. I had to get an emergency C-section 😔 but my baby is fine though 😄
