Same here. His name will be on the birth certificate, but the baby will have my last name.

Girl I don't blame you im trying now and it's already up to a point where I'm doing it alone so far im doing everything alone so might as well keep doing that. Court is going to be the only way to go for me as well. Because as of now this baby will not have his last name that's how over it I am.

@franchesca, absolutely. I've worked my butt off trying to work stuff out with this idiot for six months and it's just not worth wasting my time an effort anymore. Every day is just a new lie with him. Boys are stupid. I would say men, but clearly he is not a man.
