Get down on all fours and alternate between arching your back, and lowering it (cat/cow yoga positions.) Suppose to help encourage baby to move to a more comfortable position
I feel your pain.. Only thing that works quickly is just to find a position you're comfy in..

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
