Is it ok to eat sushi while breastfeeding? I mean with raw fish etc.

I love sushi too. I've eaten some none raw sushi while pregnant but then started doing research and that went out the door.

@regelbaby, lol that sweetie. These two days Ive been eating all the cheese I can find 😂 and had sushi too..not much though. Ive been carfeul my whole pregnancy what I eat and dont think I can take it more lol😂. I just freaking love sushi🍣🍣🍣

The rules that apply to pregnancy DO NOT apply to breastfeeding. You're good mama eat all the sushi/raw fish/meat/cheese you want! Lol

I'm pretty sure it's OK as long as it isn't sashimi.

yes exactly you have to watch your baby's reaction to what you eat and drink.

i ate some yesterday and my son has bern crying of pain and he just pooped and it smelled like the seaweed in the sushi but every baby is different

I just asked my fb breastfeeding group they say it's fine to eat sushi while breastfeeding. you're in the clear!

@jomommaclark, oh damn it. I had some sushi in this hotel we are staying. My husband said dont eat it but I couldnt resist😩. No I feel bad I ate. There was raw salmon

it sucks and I hate it. I wasn't sushi.

no raw fish/meat. the only other concern is not knowing if they have prepared the sushi with no raw meat/fish on the same area as the raw area. the reason is bc of food poisoning.
