Who uses the evening primrose oil..?
I just got these and I'm curious, how do you take them..? I've heard of women inserting them vaginally and taking them orally.. Are these the right ones to do this with..? Did it work for you..?

Ya! An I did like 2,000 mg a night. An I have been taking about 1000 mg by mouth each day. It's not going to hurt. My doctor said it was worth a try
So these are the ones you can use oral and vaginally..?
I've been doing both! I do 4, vaginally. As close to the cervix as possible before bed. They were no need to bust them, they dissolve. Also busy one an sleep it. You will wake up in the middle of the night an the oil will leak out. So make sure you know what it smells like.
