You can lean forward and put your arm under your belly resting on your legs, it's the best I can do with my little girl since she weighs 8+ pounds and is completely lowered lol

@kera96, mines is 2 my doctor told me when I go 2 lean forward nd it'll release sum of the pressure from his head being so low in there
