yes, just takes practice no matter big or small. it can be frustrating at first and uncomfortable but after about a week you'll have it down. they have lactation nurses to help you too.
Mine got bigger but I think at the beginning everything was swollen. Then when they go back to regular size, baby is already a professional at latching 😁. I know a female who had inverted nipples and used shields, I'm sure you will do just great
Does the actual nipple, not the areola, get bigger when you breastfeed? Mine are so small, I'm worried the baby won't be able to latch. @junebaby @boymama @aregi92310

hmm. well I'm breastfeeding, so mine kinda got a little bigger. same color to me though. not sure if it's different if you're not breastfeeding.
My one likes to go to the side now 😂 my boobs are two different sizes an when I breastfeed I think it just made everything worse. So it points left. 😂
