I wish I could figure out what is actually comfortable, lol. @junebaby
I switch all night long because I hurt. Sleeping has become a challenge
@lorly04, @kmrie @junebaby I have heard you're not supposed to but I can't help it. I wake up to being on my back. when I sleep on my right side the past few nights I wake up with pain in my belly.
you can but elevate yourself or place a pillow under your back. some women pass out from the baby putting pressure on one of the main arteries so that's why they say not to. usually your ok on a soft surface.
Iv heard it's not good to be on your back for long periods of time but it's comfy to me aswell but I try not to @lot ly04
I just read in my baby book that at 17 weeks and on being on your back is a no no. That must be an old wives tale because my doctor has not told me to stay off my back and it feels comfortable.
damn @junebaby
