yup @cameryn_cameronsmom2016 that's what I do and still wake up with nauseas. I've been changing all of them till I found the right one! 😕

try the gummies and a iron pill, until you get to your 3rd trimester then switch back

Try the Spring Valley brand from Walmart, they're great
