Does anyone know if Wells Fargo Bank will cash a check if signed by the person and says "pay to the order of such and such", if such and such goes to cash it?? I mean its not the person on the front of the check? But if that person signs it over to someone else, wouldnt that make it the next persons check?

They will only if it's a Wells Fargo check or you have a Wells Fargo bank account.

i have a bank account and was going to deposit it into my checkin account and let it clear but I didnt know if theyd let me. This is my first bank account and Ive literally put money in it ONCE. But my husband cant cash his check due to no ID and hes not on the account.

You should be able to. I've done that years ago and don't see why it would change. I think you just need to sign underneath it.
