I dyed my hair my whole pregnancy. I just kept the door and windows open. And didn't keep it in to long.

it woll be fine if you are in a ventilated area

Well ventilated area, and ammonia free dye are the route to take! If you feel light headed at all, leave the room and get fresh air. I've dyed my hair since my second trimester!
