It's a shame the number of children in America who are molested each year. 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 5 boys. I was a victim twice in my life. once when I was 4 and once when I was 8 or 9. the affects of molestation, whether the act was forgiven or not, leaves an extraordinary amount of damage to the mind of a child. it leaves you feeling awkward around ALL people because "they're probably thinking about molesting you, too." that old man over there...he wants you. that 25 year old woman/teacher/doctor...wants you. nobody can be trusted. and that's the way you have to live the rest of your life. All thanks to that one person who did want you. Molestation is not a joke and it's not something that happens and then it's over. it stays with you forever and you have ruined that child's life by doing it.
