Thank you all for the outpouring of prayers and love. There truly are no words to describe how I am feeling because it's hard to feel anything when you are completely numb. A blood clot developed in her umbilical cord and from what I'm told, it was instantaneous and she did not suffer. Part of me can't stop blaming myself but the other understands that this is God's way (as terrible as it may be) and He has way bigger plans for her in heaven. To my surprise, the priest who was going to baptize her in November, was the priest who came to the hospital to do her blessing. It couldn't have been more perfect. It just wasn't her time. Our family has the most beautiful angel.
