TERRIFIED RIGHT NOW! I can't tell if these are contractions or if something is wrong.
I'm 4cm dilated (not in labor) and have had slight contractions like every other day. But today they were worse than normal and different. I haven't felt my baby move since about 2pm it's now 9:40pm. I'm 36 weeks almost 37 I know his pattern and this is unusual. I don't know what to do. I've eaten, drank water, laid on my left side and still nothing.
ADVICE PLEASE!

You need to go to L&D right now. If you are terrified then you should already be there!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I'm convinced I'm going to go into labour at any minute.....I'm having contraction but they're stopping and starting. Yesterday i was having contractions all morning then by the time I got to triage to be monitored they stopped. Now this morning I was sat having breakfast with my son and they started again. But more intense and longer lasting this time. My question is do I phone triage now or do I just wait to see what happens. I feel like I'm wasting their time always ringing etc
They detected abnormal cells in my pap smear and doing ferther testing this Friday I'm scared I know I have hpv and it didnt clear up in a year will I die now ?
Try drinking some juice orange juice works best if not go to the emergency room just to be safe
