woke up last night with a horrendous pain in my left boob, it hurt to touch so couldn't lay on my left side. Has anybody else had this? I Googled it and it seemed quite common

Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
