your heart rate/pulse is a little high though.

Pulse is a little high but neither seem crazy. Were you walking around or doing anything prior?

Where your legs crossed when you took it? I have my legs crossed and it comes out high the nurse yells at me and does it again and it's normal! She yells at me everytime. I probably will never learn!

Normal is 120/80 it's a little elevated but not to much

you have to be sitting resting for 5 minutes before taking it. and it is a lil high! mine is 125/87 and my ob said he wants to see it a little lower

150/90 is when you need to go see a doc usually

I was sitting for about 5 min waiting for her to do hers them I did mine and other then that the only activity I did was walking from the car into the store
