Only 8 pounds away from my pp weight. I feel so good about myself like I did before I was preggo, you can't even tell I even had a baby😊 it's all about hard work and dedication.

I played lacrosse up until my pregnancy and in the beginning but no not during. I just watch my portion size, no fast food, or eating after 8 and lots of water and be active even if it's just a walk @danamarie
