Anyone that their dr took them out of work or put them on bed rest?? What was the reason?

My sister with her first child. Her cervix kept opening up

When I was pregnant with my son I started bleeding really bad the doctor had me work part time which was 4 hours a day. When I was pregnant with my daughter I also had bleeding and really bad pelvic pain I was unable to walk at all so the doctor put me on leave (bed rest) for a month when I was 6 months along hopefully that helps you

I was In preterm labor at 34 weeks. was put on bed rest until 38 weeks.

@babyhill, @preggiemommyincorona thanks. I was wondering bc I am in hospital until tomorrow for some bleeding baby is fine. But I am kinda thinking it maybe from work.

What type of work do you do ?? When I was working my old job I had bleeding my doctor asked me to change jobs or less hours.

Sometime it's stress related as well it won't be bad they are just looking out for you and the baby

@bs byhill, I work at Sprint I do a lot of walking, getting up and down, bending, squatting and picking up phone boxes inventory stuff. I defiantly can't switch jobs I've been there 5 years, I am wondering if they could take me out and I could get my short term disability.
