You can for now but when you hit 20 weeks you should do it as little as possible.
I lay on my back every once in a while and I'm 20 weeks. As long as you don't get out of breath or in pain your fine. It's more when your in deeper your second trimester and third trimester.
just did my glucose test and im so amped up on sugar right now...i keep shutting my eyes to doze off and then i get extremely awake again! lol i started having Braxton Hicks contractions from the intensity of it meanwhile my son was kicking my guts in half. lol it was like Tang times 10!! i loved it... 💗😂😴😲

I’m so tired but I can’t sleep. Every time I lay the baby down he wakes up after like 10 minutes. 😴
I feel like as of now we should restrain from posting Covid posts on here. It’s all the app is flooded with, it doesn’t help anyone to avoid/ get better and tbh it’s getting tiring. If people want see about Covid they will do so through other means of social media/ news articles 😴
