My dr said that too so that it helps with dilating!! I'm only at a 1-2 My husband and I are going to go walk on the beach or at a local shopping place I like to go to..

No I'm only 1-2 cm dilated and he said walking would progress that.. He didn't say how far

When I was 3 cm with my son I walked everyday for a week and nothing happened at 39 weeks and 4 days I went fishing that night and the next morning at 4 am I went into labor
