my pup had cancer, a tumor that was on his sleep that ruptured...we didn't know until he was very sick...when just the day before was his happy self...vet said surgery and everything would exceed 10,000 and may only give him a few more months...so sadly we had to let him go...but he live a long long and happy life.

My dog was peeling pure blood. Took her to a vet that didn't want the money up front. They did what they had to do. And then I made monthly payments. Also see if people in your area are willing to donate some money to help with vet bills.

Yes I tried borrow money from everyone and I no one would let me. my dog had broke his arm and they told me that I had a choice to amputate it or surgery and physical therapy after. I ended up paying 400 for then to wrap his paw and took him home with some pain meds. I took him home not knowing what we were going to do. eventually he started walking on just three legs and soon he was running on three legs. after a month of him like that I gave him to a family that would pay for his medical needs. I hope your situation ends better then mine.

Some vets will let you make payments. I had to take my cat in she was dying. They saved her and I was left with a $1,000 vet bill and they allowed me payments.

Honestly I just don't have the money. && I know it will be expensive. All the places I called said you have to pay up front then I Asked so what if I don't have it. The lady stated that pets are not like humans. So basically the dog is just gonna die? I wanna give her to someone that will take care of her. I don't want to give her up but I think its selfish of me to keep her and I don't have the money for it. I have a newborn my money goes to him right now

I would call an animal shelter and ask if there are any resources out there that can help you. I had a wiener dog that kept puking. I did not have the finances to fund " investigative" procedures to find the cause. So my mom agreed to take the dog and take care of her. It has been her dog for 7 years now

@sexii_diiva, maybe find a no kill shelter that will take in your dog. It will be able to get medical help once there. And you can focus on your little one! (: no shame. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I've been there!

Spca maybe able to help...they did with my dog and sometimes vets will let you do payment arrangements

have you heard of care credit. you can apply for it it's a credit card for medical dental bills but you can actually use it for your pets I have it for my Dr bills but I thought it was awesome you can use it for your pets

it could just be in my area though I hope not for you
