Question ladies so my midwife said to take Unisom do I take the whole pill?

I do. Works great for me.

@jessicac6 I take Benadryl as well which is safe when your pregnant for helping you sleep. Never took unisom Benadryl always worked for me. Also any sleeping aid that has the same ingredients as Benadryl does is safe as well.

Do you take it for nausea or sleep? @mindylou

She suggested this for my nausea it's very severe @mindylou @mizzmeganmae

I take it for sleep. But I have noticed that when I take it, I don't get sick at night.

I also take benedryl at nice due to my allergies

@jessicac6, I take Benadryl nightly because I have terrible insomnia for years now. But I know the ingredients also help with nausea because my doctor put me on promethaize when I was in the first trimester due to HG because I refused Zofran and it made me sleepy but helped a lot so I was able to at least hold down food and water.

are u taking it for nausea? if yes the pill alone won't take it away u have to take vitamin b6 and a unisom.

okay it works I was so sick I would take it at night one whole tab of unisom and one b6 vitamin and it would last me the whole day feeling better
