They have some stuff to help your nipples heal and not tear or something due to breastfeeding. If you don't have everything you need you can always get it later. But diapers and wipes are a must! Lol or bottles to store your breast milk

Yeah definitly nursing bras and bra pads, nipple cream. Maybe a breastpump. I remember not getting one before baby was born and once he was born my breast were hard as rock cuz it was so much milk, it was painful. I had do go buy one to pump them milk out.

nursing bras, breast pads, if you're pumping as well you'll need some sort of milk storage.

@kay80, I have somebody that is suppose to be giving me a new one that she didnt use but.if she dont come through I will buy a good one...does the brand really matter?

Medela and Avent are good brands. I got a cheap brand cuz that was the only thing I found when I was looking for one. Its also good but I dont know if the sell them in US. (I live in Europe)

@kay80, yea we have the Medela and Avent here and iv been looking at the Medela one its not too pricey...I will be looking this weekend at pumps again...just incase she doesnt get that one to me in time

A lot of insurance companies will help you out with a pump so definitely look into that. A good storage system for extra milk and lanolin for your nips cuz they're def gonna hurt. Off the topic of breast feeding the list of things you NEED for a baby is actually relatively small. Google minimalist newborns needs. Pretty useful information! Good luck
