Maternity leave isn't a concern. You need to just go to the interview and focus on getting hired, then once you've gotten hired you can choose when to tell them you're pregnant. It is against the law for them to fire you if they find out you didn't tell them your pregnant. You don't have to tell them at all, ever. It's very common for women to get interviewed and not reveal their pregnancy right away. Maternity leave is something you speak to them about later on.

My sister works at a daycare, and they were fine with her being pregnant! They even allow her to bring my niece in to work with her now! I guess it just depends.
