Make sure your partner is careful and not rough, make sure he doesn't ejaculate inside (heard that can cause several issues like spotting) and that you feel completely comfortable whatever positive you choose. It may hurt when you climax or shortly after but it wears off; the muscles in your stomach and uterus are stretching causing discomfort and tightening.

same thing happen to me started since i was like 6weeks now im 22 weeks and same thing sometimes even with a lil burning after.. tmi i know lol but it can be because your not "wet" enough and the position.. try diffrent things lol
