Normally the hormones aren't strong enough for most to show that early. I got a very slight positive, but it wasn't strong till a day before/of my missed period.
I did, I was a testing maniac! But a lot of women don't get positives until their missed period day or sometimes even a few days after their expected period date. Chances are very good if you haven't conceived this month that next month will be your month girl! Hang in there!
