I am in so much pain, my stomach is killing me. If there is any pressure what so ever on my belly it hurts even worse. I've been drinking water all day and resting as much as possible. I even had a BM and the usual pregnancy gas. Any ideas on what it might be? maybe an upset tummy from something I ate?
